Not at all. You can do the workouts in the back of your cab, at home, in a hotel, or at the gym—wherever you’re most comfortable. The goal is flexibility. We give you options so you can stay consistent without relying on perfect conditions.

Do I Need Equipment?

Nope! All movements in the Kickstart can be done with bodyweight only. If you want to add dumbbells or resistance bands to our workouts then you totally can, but it's not required.

Will This Work Even If I Don't Have Access To Cooking Appliances On My Rig?

Absolutely. Most drivers don’t have full kitchens—and this program is designed with that in mind.

You’ll learn how to eat well using what’s available to you, whether that’s truck stops, fast food, or minimal equipment. No kitchen required.

Do I Need To Go To The Gym?

No at all. You can do our workouts in the back of your sleeper (if you have one), outside of your truck, at home or at the gym. But gym memberships are not required or needed!
