If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities. Coaches at B-Lean Fitness are not medical doctors. Their advice whether it be on our website, meal plan’s, exercise program’s, education portal or via his third-party mobile app, none of it is meant as a substitute for medical advice. You must consult your doctor before beginning ANY nutrition plan or exercise program, no exceptions. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting only our customer support team at: [email protected]. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Subscription details can always be found at: https://bleanfitness.com/thankyou. All customers are sent this link via an SMS and email upon signing up for our service.
If you try to cancel your subscription any other way besides emailing our support team at: [email protected], then your request will be denied. All cancellation requests must be emailed to the address above only. If you send in your cancellation request less than 24 hours in advance of your next billing cycle, then your card will be charged a final time before cancellation takes affect.
Please note that you are paying for the option to utilize our service. Whether you download our app, access or use the service is up to you. Not downloading our app or accessing the service is not grounds for a refund or early cancellation of the program. If you choose not to follow the directions we give you to begin and utilize the program, then bleanfitness.com is not responsible for this and will not assume you aren't or don't want to use the program. All sales are final.
Our cancellation and refund policy is only applicable to those who pay out of pocket for our service. For drivers that enroll into the program by having their company pay for the entirety of our service do not need to worry about this.

You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, payment card expiration date, and payment card security code so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made via bleanfitness.com. We may change prices at any time, but will always inform you beforehand. All payments shall be in U.S. dollars.
You agree to pay all charges or fees at the prices then in effect for your purchases, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, then you consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until you notify us of your cancellation. Monthly recurring plans will be charged every 30 days until canceled. Bi-weekly recurring plans will be charged every 15 days until canceled.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received your payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed via bleanfitness.com.
