We like to see our drivers lose anywhere from 1-3 pounds per week, on average, WITHOUT feeling like they're starving or doing something extreme. Some weeks drivers lose more and sometimes less. Our goal is to help drivers lose SUSTAINABLE weight. So at times, depending on the driver, this means taking it slow to ensure the weight doesn't come back on.
We work with all types of truck drivers - Local, Team, Flatbed, Regional, OTR, LTL, etc. As long as you aren't an aspiring or retired truck driver and are an active driver that has weight to lose, then we can help you!
Absolutely not. We tell all of our drivers that supplements have their time and place but only plays a 1% (or less) role in your results. Think of the most essential things involved that keeps your truck running when you're on the road - which is more essential, the engine or the steering wheel cover? Of course the engine. Supplements are like the steering wheel cover. However, if you ever get to a point where you want to try some of these things, then your coach can provide recommendations. It's just not needed and shouldn't be prioritized.
Not at all. Most of our drivers workout in their cab as we create cab-friendly workouts for them that doesn’t require stepping a foot outside.
We don’t believe in diets. We believe in flexible nutrition! Each driver will have their own custom nutrition plan created by their personal coach. We teach you how to lose weight without giving up convenient meals or foods that you love. Nothing is off limits!
Each coach that works for B-Lean Fitness is certified via nutrition and exercise and has at least a decade of experience. Coaches are also vetted and trained thoroughly through our organization to ensure each driver has a similar experience with our approach to sustainable weight loss.
Absolutely not. It becomes very difficult for truck drivers (especially OTR drivers) to make it to the gym. Especially since most places will put a boot on your tire for parking in their parking lot. Our Coaches will create you a driver-friendly exercise plan that can be done in or outside of your rig, or at home, with or without equipment. Workouts are 100% tailored to you and will accommodate for any injuries, limitations, aches or pains that you may have.
